Business setup, verification and security

Complete your business profile

Use Settings for business profile and account security. Check country, currency and timezone wherever the account settings expose them, since they affect amounts and dates. Use Invoices → Invoice settings for branding, logo, invoice footer and tax identity, and Collections for bank accounts and operator connections.

Open Overview to inspect activity and use its reporting range consistently. On a phone, use the bottom bar for Overview, Payments, Assistant and Invoices; the More menu contains the other dashboard destinations.

Complete verification and activation

Open Verification and follow the displayed business-verification steps. Provide the requested business documents and inspect the returned status or next action. Submission alone is not approval. An activation error means you must resolve the indicated account requirement before retrying the restricted action.

YeboID sign-in or linking can require a verified email and account review. Review the account and merchant before linking; do not treat a matching email as proof that two accounts should be combined.

Protect sensitive actions

Use the account’s two-factor/MFA controls when available, complete setup using your authenticator, and store recovery information securely. Sensitive operations can request a fresh security check. If the check fails or expires, follow the displayed prompt before retrying the operation.

Keep API keys, webhook secrets, operator credentials, private proofs and escrow release codes out of public screenshots and client bundles. Read the normal error channel when a dependency fails; do not treat a failed request as successful.

Check feature availability

Dashboard visibility, API scope, account verification, Live/Test mode, country/provider configuration and enabled channels all affect availability. Use the displayed prerequisite or error to choose the next step. This guide documents implemented workflows; it does not promise every provider or currency to every merchant.
