Payouts, withdrawals and partial settlements
Prepare recipient payments and track card-balance withdrawals, including paid-so-far and still-owed amounts.
Choose the right workflow
| Workflow | Use it for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Payout | Paying the people your business owes through an enabled rail. | Payouts |
| Withdrawal | Moving eligible card collections held for your merchant to a withdrawal destination. | Withdrawals |
| Direct bank collection | A customer paying directly into your bank account. | Collections / Invoices |
Payouts and withdrawals involve live money. Test view is not a general simulator for these dashboard workflows.
Prepare and follow a payout
- Open Payouts → Pay someone. Connect the required operator account if the page prompts you to do so.
- Choose the available rail and recipient. Prepare a single recipient or use the bulk importer for CSV, TXT, pasted text or a photographed list when available.
- Review every recipient, destination, currency and amount. A photo scan only extracts candidate rows; it creates no payout.
- Review and approve the prepared payment using the displayed security confirmation. Inspect History for each recipient’s result; investigate failures before retrying.

For bank batches, export the bank file, complete the transfer through the bank, then record the outcome and proof in the worklist. Exporting a file is not a completed bank transfer. Use Recipients to maintain saved destinations.
Request and track a withdrawal
- Open Withdrawals. Check the available and pending balances in the selected currency.
- Review or add the withdrawal destination, including any required beneficiary/address details. Check fees and the net amount before requesting.
- Follow the request in withdrawal history. A processing request has not yet completed at the bank. Open proof where available and match its reference against your statement.
| Merchant label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | The request is queued (PENDING). Cancellation is offered only while allowed. |
| Paying out | Operations is handling it (PROCESSING). |
| Partially paid | At least one payment has been recorded; a remaining amount is still owed. |
| Paid | The recorded payments have completed the withdrawal. |
| Rejected / Failed / Cancelled | Read the reason and current balance before choosing the next action. |
Inspect partial withdrawal payments
History shows Requested, Paid so far and Still owed. Expand Payment history for each recorded transfer’s amount, date, bank reference and proof. A partially paid request remains open for its unpaid remainder.
For authorized operations staff, the admin workflow uses Record payment: enter the actual Amount sent, bank reference and optional proof for each transfer. Record only a transfer already made and evidenced. The final transfer completes the request; the original request is not a second payment instruction.
